Hope Highlands in a Hot Dog!

 Hope Highlands is having its annual Reading Week. Seems a little drab but you don't know the prizes for the kids.At fifty thousand minutes all kids will win a homework pass. At seventy five thousand minutes we get a FREE RECESS!!! WOOOO HOOOO! For the final prize at one hundred thousand, I repeat ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND minutes, Mr.Cowart will dress in a student's hot dog outfit and walk around school in the hot dog outfit, and hold an assembly to make sure every student sees him in his outfit.
